Credits

What is the easiest way to test out RenoViz?

Buy a one-off credit pack. You get credits immediately without a subscription, so you can try renders and features without committing to a recurring plan. Credits do not expire. You can keep buying top-ups (including in multiples) as needed if a subscription does not make sense for you.

Billing

What happens when my subscription expires?

Your account and projects remain accessible. You lose subscription features at period end, including organisation subscription benefits, but can still buy top-up credits. For personal accounts this means you keep all projects, rooms and renders but lose recurring credit loads.

Credits

What is the difference between top-up credits and subscription credits?

Top-up credits are one-time purchases. Subscription credits are recurring monthly credits tied to your active subscription plan. Both are consumed when renders run.

Sharing

How does project sharing work?

You can invite project members with role-based access. Owners have full control, collaborators can work in rooms/scenes, and viewers have read-only access.

Organisation

What are organisation basics I should know?

Organisations let teams share projects, members, and credits. Organisation admins manage members and billing setup. Credits can be pooled when subscription billing is linked.

Credits

How do personal and organisation credits work?

Credits are spent from the workspace you are currently working in. In your personal workspace, your personal credits are used. In an organisation workspace, the organisation's credits are used. Make sure the right workspace has credits before running renders.
